Melissa Palmer is Director of Development at Reason, where she writes grant proposals and develops marketing materials. Melissa earned a bachelors' degree in diplomacy and world affairs at Occidental College and attended graduate school at Kaiser-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn, Germany, where she also worked as a policy analyst in the German federal parliament. Prior to joining Reason in 2001, Melissa was a homeschooling parent and freelance grant and advertising copywriter.
