This evening I'm supposed to be on Life & Times discussing California’s Prop 90 (eminent domain and regulatory takings).

Is the lady with the funky hats still on that show? I'll record it and watch it later after BSG, but since this is LA local, you have to mention Chavez Ravine. That is sure throw [i]any[/i] defender of eminent domain with a sense of LA history into a fit :-).
