Mongolia is BBQing state owned enterprises
The UB Post has a nice site tracking the extensive privatization efforts in Mongolia. It tracks the good and the bad, showing how privatization works and how it can run into problems without proper management or accountability.
The extent of Mongolian privatization is fascinating, from banks and coal mines to the State Circus and the Mongolian Camel Wool company!
