Nickles on Washington
Last night retiring Senator Don Nickles (R-OK) was awarded with the Tax Foundation's Public Sector Service Award. He had a great line about some of his Senate colleagues philosophy:
If it moves, tax it.
If it keeps moving, regulate it.
If it stops, subsidize it.
