Do you realize what you can get in Arizona for $300K?
A new survey by the Public Policy Institute of California finds that the high cost of housing has made nearly a quarter of Californians consider moving away. A majority of respondents say they favor government efforts to make housing more affordable.
Yet I wonder how these respondents would take to a new construction in their neighborhood. Would they welcome it or would they transform into NIMBY mode and rally against it?
