Costco’s turn
Being a blue-state big box retailer apparently won’t protect you from Berkeley lawyers. Now Costco is facing a sex bias lawsuit—possibly a class action suit—and the lead attorney is same guy who’s suing Wal-Mart. Interesting that the plaintiff took a huge paycut to move to Costco from … the Bentonville Beast :
[S]he made more than $100,000 working for Wal-Mart and accepted a pay cut of about $50,000 when she jumped to Costco.
