New York Bike Lane Backlash?

The New York Times is spotlighting the city’s 400 miles of bike lanes in its most recent “Room for Debate” opinion forum. Among the other contributors is Alex Marshall, a columnist for Governing magazine who also points to a more rational and pragmatic approach to thinking about integrating bikes into urban transportation systems.
